The Georgetown Future Ready Learning Complex is a multi-program campus that redefines how educational environments support diverse learners and career pathways. Serving over 1,800 students across CTE programs, Richarte High School, the Bridges Program, an Early Learning Center, and an on-site health clinic, the facility integrates academic, vocational, and community resources within a single setting.
Flexible, technology-rich spaces support interdisciplinary, hands-on learning. Large overhead doors allow areas to expand and connect, increasing adaptability and visibility into active learning environments. Natural light, sloped metal roofs, and exposed ceiling structure create a durable, high-performance environment, while polished concrete floors support high-use CTE programs.
A defining feature is the integrated Early Learning Center, which serves both preschool students and high school students in the education pathway. Observation rooms, collaborative planning areas, and interactive classrooms support real-time mentorship and applied learning, providing students with direct experience in instruction and child development.
The site accommodates multiple programs while maintaining clear access and security. Strategic adjacencies connect shared resources while preserving distinct identities. This project stands out for transforming a single campus into a living ecosystem where education, career training, and community support intersect every day.
