Designed to support hands-on, experiential learning, the College of Western Idaho Health & Science Building brings students, faculty, and healthcare partners together in a single environment. Advanced simulation suites, laboratories, varied classroom settings, and study spaces are thoughtfully organized to support active instruction, peer-to-peer learning, and real-world clinical training. Together, these spaces create a setting where education, mentorship, and professional practice naturally intersect.
When rapid enrollment growth required the facility to expand beyond its originally planned 45,000 sq. ft., the project team partnered closely with the college to build out the additional space mid-construction.
This collaborative effort allowed academic programs to grow without interruption, ensuring continuity for students and faculty while strategically positioning the campus for future phases of development.
